Each Chromebook get it's own Wi-Fi password known only by the IT Staff.

- Chromebook can be brought to the main office with a note as to why it's not working
- A teacher can email helpdesk@wbschools to open a ticket. When a ticket is open, bring the Chromebook to the main office
- Chromebook can be brought to the IT office to be dropped off and looked at
